The latest robotic solution for cutting steel profiles

We are proud to be the first in Europe and one of the first in the world to purchase and start using in the near future the latest Voortman V807 robot for thermal processing of profiles.

The performance of Voortman V807 is up to three times higher than that of other models. This will increase the efficiency of our complete steel processing line at Cermont.

Voortman robotic structural steel processing machines offer the highest productivity and throughput, especially with fully automatic material transport at the inlet and outlet of the machine.
Automated transverse transport and roller conveyors can prepare further profiles for machining while cutting the current element. The V807 robot can reach all four sides of the material without having to rotate the profile. Markings, bolt holes, kidney-shaped holes, slots, flange removal, chamfering and other operations can be performed in one pass. This results in more finished cut-to-length parts on a normal production day compared to other robotic steel profile cutting machines.

The V807 is equipped with state-of-the-art software to control the Voortman VACAM 4.0 machine. Combined with the new 24-inch multi-touch control panel and simplified user interface, this gives Cermont a whole new opportunity to execute your orders.
