Cermont Information Clause

Following the implementation on 25 May, 2018 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, we inform you that from 25 May, 2018 you have the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data by Cermont sp. z o.o., 10, Piotrkowska St., 97-371 Wola Krzysztoporska.

At the same time, pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation, we would like to inform you that the following information related to the processing of your personal data by Cermont sp. z o.o., 10, Piotrkowska St., 97-371 Wola Krzysztoporska is up to date from 25 May, 2018.

  1. The Administrator of your personal data is Cermont sp. z o.o., 10, Piotrkowska St., 97-371 Wola Krzysztoporska, included in the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for Łódź - Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the KRS under entry no. 0000312578, NIP 7712788962, REGON: 100526319
  2. You can contact the Data Administrator by providing your data: name, surname, address - e mail, telephone number on the website http://www.cermont.pl/en/contact.html
  3. The aforementioned personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
    • marketing, including forwarding to you the offers selected specially for you (legal grounds: Art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation);
    • establishing cooperation (legal grounds: Art. 6 (1) (b))
    • assurance of network and information safety (legal grounds: Art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation);
  4. The recipients of Personal Data are:
    • The entities cooperating with the Administrator in providing and maintaining applications and server resources for the purposes of the activities of the Data Administrator, which are entities processing your personal data on behalf of the Personal Data Administrator on the basis of an entrustment agreement.
  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country/international organization.
  6. Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes
  7. You are entitled to:
    • gain access to your personal data, including the right to information about your personal data and to obtain a copy of these data;
    • request the rectification of personal data if they are incorrect and to delete incomplete data;
    • request the erasure of personal data;
    • restrict the processing of such data;
    • transfer your data;
    • lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, i.e. to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in the case of finding out that processing of your personal data is unlawful;
    • withdraw any consent at any time without giving the reasons and without affecting the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal;
    • object to processing of your data for marketing purposes,
    • object to processing of your personal data by the Data Administrator for purposes arising from the so-called legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator – for the reasons related to your special situation;

    You may exercise the aforementioned rights at any time by making an appropriate request.
  8. The personal data are provided on voluntary basis, however, their provision is a condition for establishing cooperation.
  9. Failure to provide personal data will result in the impossibility of establishing cooperation with the Data Administrator.
