Courier
Modern courier facilities are built for storage, distribution and accompanying services. In response to the expectations of Investors, we prepare a concept, optimize or develop a comprehensive project in accordance with the standards and construction law.
We deliver and build halls in the capacity of the General Contractor or Subcontractor of the individual stages of project implementation.
In the case of courier halls, we provide easy access to their location and an extensive road infrastructure in the form of functional parking lots. We use various types of structures for the construction: lattice, plate girder, lattice with cold-bent purlins, reinforced concrete and a mixed steel and reinforced concrete structure. At the design stage, we are able to assume a phased construction of the hall, or to predict its extension in the future. On the Investor’s request, we include in the project an additional office building with a representative function.
The experience of our employees, high competences of the engineering staff, the modern steel structures manufacturing plant and specialized equipment for their assembly enable us to build modern courier facilities that meet the needs of even the most demanding Investors.
